Paris train stations (gares)

Paris is very well served by trains from the whole of mainland Europe and the UK. The city does not have a designated main railway station but is served by no fewer than six main stations, each serving a different direction bringing passengers to and from every corner of the continent to Paris.

Its flagship airport Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG) has two stations, one for RER suburban trains into the city plus the TGV station for further afield.
